What is an affirmation?
Any positive phrase, that makes you feel good can be called an affirmation. It’s about thinking & talking positively to yourself, to change your subconscious beliefs from negative into positive ones.
How to use affirmations to heal yourself?
Affirmations are an extremely effective technique to heal yourself, as you can make yourself / subconscious mind believe, that you are already healthy / on your way to be healthy again!
First of all I have to tell you, that just using Affirmations for one time won’t heal you immediately (maybe it happens, but maybe not!) because if we are sick / struggle with any kind of health-issues there can be a lot of work in front of us:
